Implementation Project Manager

About the role

Participate in presales activities, including solution design, effort estimation and proposal support Conduct product and solution demonstrations during presales engagements Lead end-to-end planning and execution of implementation projects Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders Develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans, schedules and milestones Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets Drive key project phases, including requirements gathering, solution configuration/customization, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End User Training (EUT) Track and monitor project deliverables to ensure timely execution in line with agreed timelines Provide leadership, direction and support to project teams to ensure successful delivery Ensure quality assurance across all deliverables and implementation activities Monitor project progress continuously and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Prepare and present project reports highlighting progress, risks, issues and mitigation plans Manage change requests and project interventions to ensure successful delivery outcomes Conduct post-implementation reviews, project evaluations, and performance assessments to drive continuous improvement
