About the role
We're looking for a E2E Partnership and Business Solutions Officer who's mission is to be the single point of contact for Corporate Clients, Bank partners such as Fintechs & Startups, or other internal departments needing assistance with client Products and Services within the scope of the department. Main Tasks: Provide Clients with General product support (e.g: demos, onboarding...) & technical product assistance (e.g: "The setup of my report is wrong").
