Responsibilities
- Escort guests to their accommodations and establish appointment time
- Attend morning meetings
- Attend sales division meetings
- Give a sales presentation to prospective buyers in order to sell weeks
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests/owners
- Interact and serve as customer service agent to all prospective buyers
- Prepare and complete paperwork needed for all sales transactions
- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess exceptional sales skills and techniques.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, managers, and other team members of the organization.
- Must be able to speak and understand English. Bilingual English-Portuguese a plus.
