About the role

Lead the end-to-end S&OP process for the LATAM cluster, ensuring a clear and aligned plan across demand, supply, and finance Drive S&OP and S&OE cycles, enabling structured decision-making and execution follow-up Analyze demand and supply plans, identifying gaps, risks, and performance deviations Define and implement mitigation actions to ensure short- and mid-term plan execution Align planning inputs and timelines with regional and global processes Oversee assortment planning and inventory strategies to ensure optimal stock levels Monitor key performance indicators (forecast accuracy, OTIF, fill rate, inventory) and drive improvements Contribute insights to optimize availability, working capital, and overall business performance About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: 5+ years in S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, or related supply chain roles Strong knowledge of S&OP/S&OE processes, with hands-on experience in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management Experience with ERP and planning tools such as SAP, IBP, APO or similar (SAP BW is a plus), along with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Strong Excel skills and proven ability to work with large datasets, perform data analysis, and build basic models to support decision-making Solid understanding of key supply chain metrics including forecast accuracy, OTIF, fill rate, and inventory turns Full Professional Language proficiency in Spanish (required) and advanced English.
