Responsibilities

  • Solution Leadership
  • Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and best practice.

  • Partner with regional and global teams to develop go-to-market propositions, support bids, deliver demonstrations, and articulate value-led business cases.
  • Leadership & Mentoring
  • Coach and develop consultants, foster a high-performance culture, and lead continuous improvement through post-go-live optimisation initiatives.
  • Required Experience & Skills
  • You will have:
  • Extensive experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with deep expertise in Planning and strong exposure to FCCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting
  • Proven track record as a Solution Architect on large, complex, multi-country transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of Oracle integration technologies (OIC, ODI, Data Management) and enterprise data architectures
  • Experience driving business process transformation and supporting global rollouts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at C-level
  • Strong commercial acumen, including estimation, business case development, and value articulation
  • Experience contributing to pre-sales, bids, and solution shaping
  • Desirable
  • You will have:
  • Accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • TOGAF (or similar architecture certification)
  • Location & Travel
  • Ideally based in Sydney (Chatswood office)
  • Flexibility to travel across APAC as required

Principal Oracle EPM Solution Architect - APAC Role Overview We are seeking a Principal Oracle EPM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Oracle EPM solutions across our APAC portfolio. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role for an experienced specialist with deep expertise across Oracle's EPM suite-including Planning, Financial Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Narrative Reporting-combined with a strong grasp of the broader Analytics landscape.
