To manage a portfolio or corporate clients, this position will be the first point of contact and support to the client via emails or calls. Troubleshoot and resolve client requests or issues promptly, to coordinate with internal support teams where required. Maintenance of Client database, including data entry and uploads. Client implementation and system setups. Generate and prepare monthly/ad-hoc Client reports. Client contract renewals and upsell of services where applicable. Other administrative tasks including but not limited to member card preparation, documentation, filing, etc. Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups where required.
