This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote. The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial part in the recruitment and hiring process for our business units. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team, managing onboarding for new hires, and coordinating with hiring managers to assess candidate fit. You will also assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and participate in employer branding initiatives. Additionally, you will manage TA vendors, and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. A Day in the Life... - Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team such as; scheduling complex on-site interviews for multiple team members as well as phone and video interviews, processing and tracking candidate interview reimbursements. - Provide a superior candidate and hiring manager experience aligned with Ocean Spray brand - Review resumes and screen candidates for corporate roles - Assists in budget/invoice/contract management for the Talent team vendors. - Order product and giveaways, track inventory and expenses. - Manage temporary staffing program & intern recruitment. - Manage the recruiting calendar and all content serving as point person for all candidate communication on last minute issues (weather, cancellations, etc.). - Participate in Employment Branding initiatives, positioning Ocean Spray as an employer of choice. - Ad-hoc TA projects as needed.
