Are you pro-active, detail-oriented, and interested in the commercial side of e-commerce? We offer you the opportunity to join our versatile Meals team! You will play a key role in the operational success of our meals, ensuring our meals page is always curated and inspiring. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, with a commitment of 16-24 hours per week. Tricks of the trade Operational Excellence: You support availability management and forecasting for the recipes we highlight in the app and our weekly campaigns. Commercial Support: You support the team in recipe management and commercial operation, making sure our recipes perform well. Stakeholder & Supplier Management: As the central link for our meals operations, you coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as recipe developers, Supply Chain and Category Managers, while maintaining professional contact with external suppliers to ensure technical updates, product availability, and stock levels are always perfectly synced. Database Management: You dive into the details of our database to ensure all recipe information is accurate and communicated correctly on the page. Your superpowers Student at least in 2nd year of bachelor (HBO or WO) Education in a relevant field; Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Nutrition, Food Sciences, Dietetics or similar Available for at least 6 months Available for 2 to 3 days p/w Detail-oriented, pro-active, independent and not shy about speaking up and connecting with people Fluent in Dutch and English Any commercial, retail or food-business experience, is a plus Picnic Perks 🚀 Every expert was once a beginner!
