The role ensures the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the electrical systems supporting manufacturing operations, while guaranteeing proper maintenance execution, infrastructure planning, and alignment with GMP and safety standards. In this role, you will: Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all electrical systems related to utilities infrastructure (e.g., power distribution, transformers, switchgear, backup systems, UPS, etc.); Ensure the reliability and availability of electrical utilities supporting pharmaceutical production and critical systems; Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the site's electrical infrastructure, including performance optimization, energy efficiency, and lifecycle management; Define, coordinate, and oversee planned infrastructure shutdowns, ensuring minimal impact on operations and full compliance with safety and quality requirements; Provide technical oversight of electrical maintenance activities, ensuring proper execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; Act as the primary interface with the contractor's Electrical Lead, ensuring: Alignment on maintenance strategies and priorities Compliance with site procedures and GMP requirements Quality and effectiveness of maintenance execution Review and validate maintenance plans, procedures, and technical documentation Support CAPA implementation and root cause analysis for electrical failures or deviations Ensure full compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical environments Participate in risk assessments, change controls, and deviation management related to electrical systems Contribute to budget planning and cost control for electrical maintenance and infrastructure projects Support and guide troubleshooting activities for complex electrical issues Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure alignment between utilities performance and manufacturing needs Support execution of capital projects related to electrical systems, including design review, installation, commissioning, and qualification Maintain and improve technical standards and best practices for electrical operations Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to electrical system performance and maintenance effectiveness Why You?
