Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native Ship 4+ React Native app releases per quarter Achieve 95%+ crash-free session rate Reduce app load time by 20% Deliver 100% of sprint commitments on time Mentor 2 junior developers annually Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences Optimize application performance for iOS and Android platforms Manage app deployment processes using Xcode and Android Studio Required Qualifications React Native JavaScript/TypeScript Redux or MobX RESTful APIs Git iOS & Android deployment Xcode & Android Studio Performance optimization Problem-solving Team collaboration
