  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within Digital, Technology, Transformation or Change environments.
  • Proven experience gathering, analysing and documenting business, functional and data requirements.
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships across business and technology teams.
  • Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, process flows and solution recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Experience identifying process improvement, optimisation and automation opportunities that drive business value.
  • Experience working with data to support analysis, decision-making and business case development.
  • Comfortable working in complex, matrixed and cross-functional environments.
  • Experience creating and maintaining high-quality business analysis documentation.
  • Preferred
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Experience operating within enterprise governance, portfolio or change management frameworks.
  • Exposure to regulated, operational or large-scale global organisations.
  • Experience supporting technology implementation, process transformation or digitalisation initiatives.
  • Understanding of business process modelling techniques and tools (e.g. BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Experience collaborating with third-party vendors, implementation partners or external suppliers.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar.
