Credit Administration for End-to-End Processing of HDB and Private Residential Home Loans (PHL)

Responsibilities

  • Processing and Checking of New Home Loan Applications
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan applications.
  • Documentation Processing
  • Manage disbursement, redemption, and other service-related requests, including:
  • Restructuring of credit facilities after disbursement
  • Partial capital repayment
  • Repricing of loans
  • Bridging Loans
  • Safe-Keeping of Security Documents
  • Perform safekeeping of security documents to ensure their integrity and confidentiality.
  • Liaison with External and Internal Parties
  • Communicate effectively with solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centers, Mortgage Specialist Centers, and other departments regarding mortgage-related issues and inquiries.
  • Fresh university grads are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel/ Word)
  • Responsible, meticulous and able to cope well under pressure and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Note: This is a 6 or 12 months contract, 100% Work in office, based in Tampines
