Program Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the N3, Supply Chain Operations of SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing new developments in education and training to manage programs using creative and innovative methods; 2) Providing hands on training of automated training management systems (e.g., CeTARS, eNTRS, CANTRAC) that build, track and manage training plans; 3) Using training methods and techniques, training allocation procedures, contract administration and training management according to policies and procedures; and 4) Developing presentations of quota solutions to specific fleet readiness goals.
