Supervisory Foreign Affairs Specialist

About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FOREIGN AFFAIRS SPECIALIST of MARCORSYSCOM. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Knowledge of Security Cooperation (SC) activities and functions to meet National Security and USMC strategic objectives. 2. Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate Strategic Engagement SC activities to include Agreements & Cooperation, Building Partner Capacity, Office of Secretary of Defense Comparative Test and Coalition Warfare Programs. 3. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the workforce and key management officials both within and outside of the organization.
