Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on electrical engineering experience in robotics, EV, industrial equipment, or consumer hardware.
- Proven track record of taking electrical designs from concept to production .
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, battery systems, PDBs, wiring harness design, and connector reliability .
- Proficiency with schematic capture and harness design tools (e.g., E3.series, SOLIDWORKS Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical).
- Hands-on debugging skills with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and CAN/serial analyzers.
- Familiarity with compliance and safety standards (CE, UL, FCC, EMC, IEC 62133, UN 38.3).
- Excellent documentation habits and process discipline.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with mechanical, firmware, and production teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
- Experience in robotics, automotive, EV, or mechatronics industries .
- Knowledge of embedded power distribution design , battery pack design and charging systems .
- Mandarin proficiency for direct communication with Chinese suppliers (a plus).
