The client has limited mobility, uses a walker, and requires patient, attentive support to maintain safety and comfort at home. Care Needs: Assistance with toileting, dressing, and afternoon showers Hair washing once a week Meal preparation (lunch) Pick up items to prevent falls Gentle reminders to use the walker Support and reassurance when the client feels upset or wanders If you're compassionate, patient, and experienced in dementia or mobility care, we'd love to hear from you!
