Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
