Job Description Strategy Development Manage, configure, and optimize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring high standards of data quality, reliability, and integrity, as well as continuous process improvement and automation of operational workflows. Ensure structured analysis of employee data (hires, mobility, exits, absenteeism, among others), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that support both strategic and operational decision-making. Ensure compliance of labor-related document management processes and employee records, guaranteeing strict adherence to applicable labor legislation and internal organizational standards. Produce, analyze, and present HR reports (headcount, costs, performance indicators, and workforce metrics), delivering relevant and actionable insights to support management and strategic planning. Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and governance principles, strengthening internal control mechanisms, organizational transparency, and the mitigation of operational and legal risks.
