Diagnose and fix issues on automated production equipment Work with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, and robotics systems Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running reliably Support production by solving problems quickly and effectively Help improve equipment performance (your ideas will be heard) Work with engineering and maintenance teams to implement upgrades What makes someone successful here You don't need to check every box-but if most of this sounds like you, we should talk: You enjoy troubleshooting and figuring out how systems work You have experience with mechanical and electrical systems You're comfortable around automation or industrial equipment You take pride in fixing things correctly-not just quickly You're reliable and show up ready to contribute Helpful (but not required) experience PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) Industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment Mechatronics or technical training If you're strong mechanically and willing to learn controls-we'll teach you.
