Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training strategies, including train-the-trainer programs and end-user readiness
  • Provide high-level solution estimates and support scope evaluation for enhancements or changes
  • Serve as a mentor to team members, supporting skill development and fostering growth within the Solution Delivery organization
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and drive continuous improvement of Softeon's solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • 6-8+ years of experience in WMS or supply chain software implementation and delivery - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution processes, including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex software implementation projects and cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of supply chain execution systems, including WMS, WES, and warehouse automation integrations
  • Experience translating business requirements into solution design and system configuration strategies
  • Strong understanding of system integrations (ERP, TMS, OMS) and data formats (EDI, XML, APIs)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly
  • Ability to lead meetings, facilitate workshops, and drive decision-making with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 50%
  • US Citizenship or eligibility to work in the United States
