Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor

Requirements

• Hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification
• Be flexible and available to complete assignments on both weekdays and weekends, across a variety of dayparts (morning, afternoon, and evening).
• Have access to a vehicle, hold a full, clean driving licence, and have access to the required audit equipment.
• Based in or near the assigned territory
• Skills and Requirements:
• Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores)
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis. No immigration sponsorship available .

We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor in Boston, Lincolnshire , with audit assignments covering Skegness, Grantham, and Spalding . In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consultancy to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites Providing consultancy to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices Maintaining strong client relationships
