About the role

You will serve as either an ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, ELECTRONICS ENGINEER, PHYSICIST, or MATHEMATICIAN in the AVIONICS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, TACTICAL MARITIME SENSING BRANCH of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading research projects; 2) Mentoring and collaborating with scientists and engineers; 3) Managing a team of scientists and/or engineers; 4) Developing novel technical ideas and building technical roadmaps; 5) Applying knowledge of modeling and simulation; and 6) Applying knowledge of a wide range of quantum technologies used in a military/defense environment.
