Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience, with strong background in revenue cycle and analytics-driven roles
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations (billing, claims, denials, A/R, payment posting)
- Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model, ideally in Resolute/Hospital Billing
- Advanced SQL skills - complex joins, aggregations, transformations, and scalable query design
- Experience with Snowflake, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Proven ability to turn messy operational data into reliable, decision-ready insights
- Track record presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders and/or clients
- Strong attention to detail, independent judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification
- Data modeling experience in Snowflake
- Familiarity with stored procedures / T-SQL
- Prior client-facing analytics or service delivery experience
- Experience mentoring analysts or building team capabilities
- What success looks like
- First 30 days: Ramp up on R1's data environment, reporting ecosystem, revenue cycle workflows, and existing reporting logic. Establish trust through accurate outputs and responsiveness.
- By 90 days: Independently own meaningful deliverables, produce client-ready reporting with minimal oversight, identify trends that drive operational value, and serve as a trusted partner to internal and client stakeholders.
- For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,478.00 - $96,885.29 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
