You'll work on hands-on role dedicated to driving step changes in our delivery, seeing first-hand how CBS has a key role to play in contributing to our forever caring promise to our internal candidates, patients and customers. You will join either our Financial Operations teams, helping to deliver consistent , predictable, user-centric services and helping standardise, optimise and automate services aligned to strategic outcomes. The successful candidates will take ownership of defined tasks and activities that contribute to departmental performance, support the delivery of business services to internal customers, and identify opportunities for incremental improvements to processes and ways of working. Although the role operates under limited supervision, using established procedures while exercising judgement to make minor adaptations where appropriate, we will ensure you are set up for success with a focus on learning and development to get you there.
