About the role

You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Office of the Comptroller & Financial Management, Chief Operations Office of the NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:: 1) Providing support to organizations with an annual operating budget in excess of $200 million; 2) Utilizing and advising on the full range of functionality and applicability of a variety of DoD financial management systems such as: Standard Accounting and Budget Reporting, System (SABRS), the Consolidated Financial Management System, Consolidated (CFMS-C) Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA), Defense Travel System (DTS) and the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system; 3)Providing direction to academic leadership and administrative staff relative to appropriated and reimbursable fund accounting and DoD and DoN regulatory and policy compliance; and 4) Providing dedicated financial management oversight supporting academic departments and organizations optimizing resources in execution of the mission.
