Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive credit evaluation reports , including transaction overviews, financial and non-financial risk analysis, key risk identification, mitigations, and credit recommendations (including credit enhancements and management conditions).
  • Support the implementation and ongoing refinement of the bank's credit risk appetite, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks .

  • Perform credit reviews and industry research for new proposals and existing clients (at least annually).
  • Proactively monitor sector, industry, and counterparty risks , identifying early warning signals.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support senior management within Credit Risk.
  • Candidate Profile
  • 8-10+ years' experience in Commercial Real Estate credit analysis / credit review within banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk across industries, geographies, and client types , with well-developed business and macroeconomic insight.
  • Advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and stress-testing capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
