See yourself in our team Within IB&M Risk Management, the Securitisation credit risk team is responsible for the management of securitisation facilities for IB&M bank and non-bank FI clients, the Bank's own securitisation programme (Medallion) and oversight of securitisation bond portfolios. As the Senior Analyst, Securitisation, IB&M Risk Management you will be a significant contributor in the credit risk management activities across IB&M's Securitisation portfolio. The role supports a significant portfolio of risk focusing on some of the more complex and larger clients and product suite in IB&M. You will ensure both individual and portfolio risks are managed within strategic business guidelines and organisational risk appetite. In any given week you will Proactively monitor and manage credit exposures as well as undertaking annual and other periodic reviews of securitisation facilities and exposures. Part of the review processes involves participating in client visits to undertake reviews of files and to gain a better understanding of their policies and processes. You will be involved in deal analysis and formulating recommendations for credit limit requests. Provide regular, timely and relevant reporting to governance forums (e.g. Boards, Committees), management, and the CRO as well as externally for Pillar 3 and Profit Announcement. This includes management of databases and liaison with stakeholders in risk and business areas to collate data and information; You will provide superior service aligned with the client's needs and the organisation's business objectives. We're interested in hearing from people who: Have a tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in a finance related discipline. Demonstrated commercial experience in a relevant financial services environment including the preparation and/or review of credit papers and annual reviews. Experience in an Institutional Banking department in a major financial institution and understanding of market risk. Direct experience in Financial Institutions or Debt Markets products (including Securitisation) will be valued. Have an ability to work to deadlines, high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail Advanced skills in Excel, databases and Tableau to present data and trends. Use consistency and good judgement with the application of policy when assessing applications to drive good customer focus outcomes. Professional clear and concise communication with key stakeholders with the ability to build rapport with these stakeholders. Ability to easily grasp complex transactions and analyse the benefits of the ideas to specific client circumstances.
