Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various social media platforms. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback received via social media channels. Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction. Document customer interactions and maintain records for follow-ups and reporting. Work closely with marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve service quality. Stay informed on the company's social media strategy and best practices for customer engagement. Analyze social media trends and customer sentiments to contribute to service enhancements. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within a social media or digital communications role. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their nuances in customer support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement. Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
