Job Description Summary The MR and Women's Health SBU FP&A Senior Finance Manager will lead and support various analysis, reporting and planning activities supporting the global $4B franchise. Focus is to provide critical analysis to drive P&L performance, manage planning process, and support key operating mechanisms. This role closely partners with MRWH Staff and Finance leadership and Imaging FP&A team. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Qualifications/Required Qualifications: Provide financial reporting & analysis to deliver franchise financial results including forecasting, pacing, actuals, planning & external reporting - Support MR & Imaging op mechanisms (post-mortems, SORs, SIRs, bowler reviews, etc.) Support all post-close reporting acting as a key business partner to the SBU finance and operating teams Provide all reporting to Imaging FP&A/Senior leadership and Group requests to support regular reporting and external reporting requirements Lead and coordinate recurring mechanisms including P&L forecasts, Cash QMI's, Balance Sheet Reviews, etc. Support analysis and reporting of return on investments from R&D programs Lead planning & reporting of financial performance, with analysis of the key drivers: volume, pricing, mix, VCP buckets, EOP & inflation, investments & base cost productivity Support SBU Finance and operational leadership in monthly Op Mech by driving consistent data Own analysis and performance of R&D spend including trend analysis, estimation & planning by spending buckets (NPI, VCP, ATD, IB/OH) and sub-modalities Support product level analytics on contribution margin movement to give insights on regional & product mix, pricing, volume gain and productivity impact Co-lead planning cycles including strategic plan, LTS, S2, and budget. Focus on both franchise profile and more detailed analysis in relation to product and supply chain investments Lead planning, estimation, and reporting of cash elements including P&E, Software Capitalization/Amortization, and FMI's Support the MRWH CFO and MR leadership with P&L-specific analytics & requests. Support BD initiatives including business modeling, due diligence, and acquisition integration Lead MRWH digital financial transformation driving finance efficiency and enabling more real-time decision-making/actions Desired Characteristics: Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros) Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions Experience working in a matrixed environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration A minimum of 5 years' financial work experience, including FP&A We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $154,000.00-$231,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
