Responsibilities

- Qualifications & Experience Required:
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in high-volume or complex environments
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of recruiters, including coaching and capability development
- Experience developing targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill ticketed and non-ticketed trade roles, including proactive pipelining of passive candidates
- Strong experience supporting hiring in skilled-trade, industrial, heavy equipment, or field-based environments; familiarity with trades certification frameworks and workforce dynamics is highly valued
- Strong understanding of technical and trades talent markets, including regional supply, competitor landscape, and effective sourcing channels
- Experience recruiting for industrial, technical, and/or corporate roles
- Proven experience leading or mentoring other recruiters
- Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data, analytics, and metrics to inform and drive hiring decisions
- Ability to effectively assess technical skillsets and translate hiring manager requirements into targeted recruiting strategies
