📍 Location: Somerset 💰 Salary: Up to $5,000 Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district. Job Scope: Support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing Housekeeping and Laundry operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation standards, and a seamless guest experience throughout the hotel. Lead, coach, and develop the Housekeeping team through effective training, performance management, recruitment support, and regular team communication. Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and operational spaces to maintain brand standards, operational excellence, and service quality. Assist in managing departmental resources, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cost control measures to support efficient and productive operations. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and service excellence. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline, with proven experience in Housekeeping operations within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment. Minimum 4-6 years of relevant Housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity. Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Sound understanding of housekeeping procedures, operational standards, and health, safety, and hygiene requirements, with a strong attention to detail.
