Job Description Old Mutual Finance is seeking to appoint a Human Capital Consultant to support our Sales & Distribution teams. The successful incumbent will be based in Cape Town and will report to the OMF Human Capital Business Partner. The role is responsible for partnering with leadership teams and contributing to Business Unit and Segment People Plans, with a strong focus on developing and implementing tactical HR plans that drive organisational effectiveness. In addition, the role will provide end‑to‑end HR advisory services and ensure effective implementation of agreed people initiatives. Occasional travel is a requirement of the role.
