Renton Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dependable, experienced, and team-oriented part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing veterinary team. This position is currently focused on Friday coverage , with opportunities for additional shifts and potential full-time growth in the future as our hospital continues to expand. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, multitasks effectively, and understands the importance of both client service and team support in veterinary medicine. Schedule Part-time Fridays required Additional coverage opportunities may become available Potential for future full-time growth Required Experience & Skills Applicants must already have experience with: Multi-line phone systems Professional email communication Customer service and client communication Cash handling and payment processing Opening and end-of-day closing procedures Reconciling payments and daily balances Working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment *Veterinary experience is preferred, but strong medical, hospitality, or high-volume customer service backgrounds may also be considered.
