Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Immediate or short notice preferred (within a few weeks max)
  • 6-10 years of experience in operations, office management, or IT coordination (e.g. Office Manager or similar roles )
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English for Japanese speaking stakeholder communication
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to documentation accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a lean and fast-paced environment
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling multi-functional responsibilities

  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulatory environment
