Requirements

- 6-10 years of experience in operations, office management, or IT coordination (e.g. Office Manager or similar roles )
- Proficiency in Japanese and English for Japanese speaking stakeholder communication
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to documentation accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a lean and fast-paced environment
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling multi-functional responsibilities

- Familiarity with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulatory environment
