Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Brewing Science, Fermentation Science, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
- 12-15 years of experience in commercial brewing operations or process engineering.
- Recognized industry certifications (e.g., Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling) are a plus.
- Deep knowledge of brewing equipment, fermentation technology, and quality control methodologies.
- Passion for beer and a commitment to excellence.
- Experience with sensory analysis and flavor profiling.
- Familiarity with brewing software and process automation systems.
- Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices in brewing.
- May require lifting of materials and exposure to heat, humidity, and noise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
