Responsibilities
- As Maintenance Superintendent, you'll oversee daily maintenance operations while supporting a safe, organized, and productive facility.
- Lead and supervise daily maintenance department activities, including training, scheduling, work methods, and performance management

- Attend company meetings and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Education:
- Technical school or college degree preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of maintenance and supervisory experience preferred
- Soy processing or similar industrial processing experience is a plus
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles
- Ability to operate industrial machinery, hand tools, and power tools
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; AutoCAD experience preferred
- Leadership & Work Style:
- Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate employees
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Effective communicator with a professional, respectful approach
- Team-oriented and comfortable working with diverse groups
