• Ability to work significant evening, night, and weekend hours with travel.

Serving as a mentor to student-athletes helping them develop academically, physically, and socially. Monitoring student-athletes in their academic performance to ensure timely progress towards degree completion and graduation. 15% Assist Head Coach with organization of practices, recruitment, and team travel. 10% Working with the University and local community to help promote and publicize the team and LSUE Athletics. Attending departmental staff meetings and special events of both the Athletic Department and the University. 10% Maintaining the soccer facility. 5% Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Athletics and Head Men's Soccer Coach.
