We're seeking a diligent and analytical Materials Cycle Counter/Inventory Control professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our inventory accuracy, ensuring our materials management system is reliable and efficient. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct and Manage Cycle Counts: Perform regular cycle counts, reconcile inventory variances, and post counts in our system. Investigate and Resolve Discrepancies: Dive deep into inventory discrepancies to determine their root causes. Work with the team to implement corrective actions and improve processes. Work Together and Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with various shifts and departments to ensure inventory accuracy and achieve weekly and monthly count targets. Keep leadership informed of progress and obstacles in a proactive manner. Continuous Improvement: Actively engage in ongoing enhancement efforts and lean activities to boost inventory accuracy and overall efficiency. Audit and Support: Assist with physical inventory counts, coordinate inventory audits with finance and external auditors, and support the accurate storage of products and materials. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in inventory management, cycle counting, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve root causes of inventory variances. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with inventory management systems and software. A collaborative approach with a dedication to ongoing growth. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $17.20 - $31.90 Per Hour Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
