Clyde & Co seeks an enthusiastic attorney with 4-6+ years of experience to join our New York office. This team practices litigation and arbitration of complex insurance and commercial disputes and has litigated matters at the trial and appellate levels in both US state and federal courts. The team focuses on renewable energy insurance, and has a robust market leading first-party property, marine, commercial general and excess liability and construction. They have successfully represented US and foreign insurers in litigation involving high-value insurance coverage disputes relating to property damage and business interruption loss and product liability exposure. In addition to coverage litigation, the team also handles defense work, representing clients in complex liability claims, including maritime, transportation, and commercial disputes. The team also manages complex international commercial disputes in the marine and trade sectors.
