You will partner directly with the Chief Financial Officer and senior leadership to raise the quality of financial decision-making across the organization - improving planning rigor, sharpening resource allocation, and building the systems and analytical infrastructure that GiveDirectly needs as it scales. This is a high-leverage role: the work you do here shapes how hundreds of millions of dollars flow to people who need it most. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer with significant ownership and autonomy - designed for a high-performing individual ready to take on a broad set of challenges, with an opportunity to expand scope and leadership as GiveDirectly grows. Location: Flexible (proximity to a GD office preferred: New York, Washington DC, Nairobi, Kampala, Kigali, London).
