Job Description: *****BENEFITS START DAY 1***** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Operation of light, medium and heavy equipment including forklift. Operation of various hand-operated tools related to steel fabrication. Must be able to use welding equipment or the ability to learn welding procedures. Sets up equipment including jigs and the loading of the raw material that are needed in the manufacturing process. Cleans and maintains workstation to be used daily in the production process. Regular, timely attendance to meet organizational needs in an efficient and effective manner. Performs special projects or assignments as directed. Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior forklift and operator experience a plus.
• Beginning level experience in MIG, TIG, and flex core welding
• Team oriented.
• Communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
• Ability to obtain and operate mobile equipment needed to perform essential functions
