About the role
The Global Distribution Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting Toradex global distributor network by ensuring smooth order processing, efficient communication, and high-quality customer service. Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end order processing for global distribution partners Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor inquiries related to orders, availability, pricing, and logistics Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and proactively communicate updates or potential delays Support resolution of order discrepancies, returns ( RMA ), and shipment issues Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of ERP/CRM systems Manage the registration approval process for distribution opportunities Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure smooth shipment execution and documentation compliance Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience Ensure adherence to company policies, export regulations, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations (preferably in a global distribution environment)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Available to work Hybrid from Toradex Office in Campinas/SP.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes
- Solid understanding of B-2-B environment
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to work in an international environment
