Work with officers to engage scam victims and document all interactions. Explain Restriction Orders (ROs) clearly and guide victims through the process with empathy. Maintain regular contact to build trust, monitor progress, and provide anti-scam advice. Support victims in regaining confidence while ensuring protective measures are in place. Refer victims to community and social services, and involve them in support groups and activities. Coordinate assessments, case conferences, and scheduling during the RO period. Monitor for ongoing or new scam risks and escalate concerns when needed. Build partnerships with community agencies to expand support networks. Maintain accurate case records, track progress, and prepare reports for case reviews and supervisors.
