About the role

Line maintenance supervisor. Responsibility : A. Oversee daily Die Attach line maintenance operations to ensure stable and efficient production support. B. Manage and supervise a team of 39 technicians, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and skill development. C. Ensure quick response and effective resolution of equipment issues to minimize downtime and production impact. D. Monitor and drive production performance to meet output commitments and operational targets. E. Enforce strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. F. Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to workforce regulations among technicians. G. Coordinate with engineering, production, and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. H. Analyze equipment performance and implement preventive and corrective maintenance actions. Qualification: A. Proven experience in maintenance or equipment engineering within manufacturing environment. B. Strong understanding of Die Attach, or semiconductor assembly processes is preferred. C. Experience in supervising or leading a team of technicians. D. Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance system. E. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, especially in equipment troubleshooting. F. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. G. Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. H. Demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on team development and performance management. I.
