Role Summary & Impact: We are currently looking for a Senior Media Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of integrated media strategies for a portfolio of leading brands. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and media partners to ensure effective planning, seamless execution, and continuous optimization of campaigns that deliver against business objectives and performance KPIs. The role plays a key part in translating client needs into actionable media plans while contributing to campaign effectiveness and overall account success. Reporting of the Role This role reports to: Business Manager / Business Director Role Summary and Impact We are currently looking for a Senior Media Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective media strategies for a portfolio of leading brands. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and media partners to design integrated communication plans that deliver strong business outcomes. In this role, your goals will be: In Three Months: Understand client business objectives, brand strategies, and account structure. Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners. Gain full understanding of planning tools, processes, and reporting systems. Support in execution and delivery of ongoing campaigns. In Six Months: Independently manage media plans and client deliverables. Contribute to strategic recommendations and campaign improvements. Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations. Actively participate in client meetings and presentations. In Twelve Months: Lead planning responsibilities for assigned accounts independently. Drive strategic thinking and innovation across campaigns. Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business initiatives. Mentor junior team members and support capability building within the team. What Your Day Job Looks Like Develop and execute media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals. Build integrated media plans and ensure accurate implementation across all channels. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and insights. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Coordinate with clients and partners for timely delivery of requirements. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform planning. Support in budget management, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure accuracy in campaign tracking, documentation, and reporting systems. Contribute to client presentations and business review meetings. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Support senior team members in strategic planning and growth initiatives.
