Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine processes to improve machine efficiency, reliability, and product quality.

- Apply statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce variation and improve machine process capability.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment performance and reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
- Over 3 years of experience in process or application engineering within semiconductor equipment manufacturing/OEM environment.
- Strong data analysis skills and using tools such as MS Excel, JMP, or Minitab and methodologies (SPC, Six Sigma, Lean) is required.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment design, process integration, and manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, andcustomer teams.
- Programming experience with MS Excel macros or Python is a plus.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work onsite in customer environments approximately 20% of the time.
