About the role
7th Heaven Collective is a family-focused lifestyle and events company operating several brands, including: 7th Heaven KTV & Café Taira Pastry Partydeck7 We specialize in creating memorable celebrations through event venues, food & beverage, customised cakes, party decorations, and entertainment experiences. We are looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Events & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Event Sales & Coordination
- Respond to event enquiries via WhatsApp, email and social media platforms
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings
- Prepare event quotations and proposals
- Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Assist with venue setup and event operations when required
- Marketing & Content Creation
- Plan and create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Film and edit short-form videos, reels and promotional content
- Capture photography and videography during events, celebrations and daily operations
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Customer Service
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly
- Provide recommendations based on customer needs and group sizes
- Build strong relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat visits through excellent service and engagement
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally and promptly
- Support membership, loyalty and promotional campaigns to drive customer retention and repeat business
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Events Management, Communications or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Passionate about social media, events and customer engagement
- Comfortable appearing in videos and creating content
- Basic photography and videography skills preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays when events require
