DOB's Sustainability Outreach and Assistance unit advances compliance with the Energy Code and local laws related to sustainable buildings. Under the direction and supervision of the unit Director, the Sustainability Outreach Intern will, - Assist with mail return tracking and cataloging - Assist with owner address and email reviews/research - Assist with outreach phone calls to building owners and managers - Assist with Sustainability Bureau webpage review and updates - Assist with digital folder organization - Perform research on issues, as directed - Draft topic pieces for review and collaboration - Other related tasks as assigned WORK HOURS Up to 17 hours/week when school is in session Up to 35 hours/week during school break
