Patient Services Representative (Cantonese)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required and two years' work-related experience in a clinic setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred: Ability to speak and write in Cantonese
• Plus: Ability to speak and write in Mandarin

Location: Chenming & Margaret Hu Medical Center (HMC) Job Summary: The Patient Services Representative (PSR) performs all the administrative services relating to the checking in and checking out of patients and provides general support services for the unit as described herein. Thus, the PSR plays a key role in creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients; ensuring efficient and expedient patient flow, and implementing providers' follow-up instructions with the patients.
