We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects, contributing to the successful delivery of transport and aviation solutions. How you'll make a difference: Develop technical skills, build industry knowledge, and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment under the guidance of experienced engineers. Gather and organise basic engineering data using established procedures and systems. Assist with specific and defined portions of larger project assignments under the guidance of senior engineers and transport planners. Support the delivery of traffic and transport engineering tasks, including technical calculations and analysis Apply standards and guidelines in the planning and design process and an ability to develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges Apply safe systems principles to develop a safe environment for all road users Plan for the movement of people across all modes and a range of projects Assess the movement of people in space and understand the implications, and to advise clients accordingly. Graduate Attributes: We're seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity. Bachelor's Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or any related discipline. Strong interest in working in pavements for aviation and highways. Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program. Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027. Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
